This meditative film, which sets out one man's life philosophy, is an interesting new direction for a sports equipment brand to take.
Created by Studio C-41 and directed by K48's Leone Balduzzi the film follows Mikkel Karstad, a chef, writer and father, as he goes about his daily routine - gathering wild herbs in the forest, a morning swim in the sea, reading to his child, preparing dinner for his family.
The central concept - the importance of focusing on the small things in life - is beautifully and lyrically portrayed. "The soul has a strange appetite - the more you feed it, the more it gets hungry. Small bites are enough," Karstad concludes. We couldn't agree more.
