Do you use your smartphone while driving? Or does it depend on who's in the car with you?

This sobering spot out of BBDO New York - the latest iteration in At&T's six-year-running 'It Can Wait' campaign - is built around new research showing that when there are passengers in a car, 36% of drivers admit to using a smartphone while driving, with the number dropping to 30% when driving with a child. But when people are alone, the number increases dramatically to 64%.

Helmed by Frederic Planchon through Anonymous Content, who also directed last year's ad, Close To Home, the 30-second spot features less digital wizardry than its predecessor, but is just as effective.
