“Snapchat has become the cosmetic surgery of our generation! The question is, where do you stop?” - Youth Hymns.
Created for the NOWNESS series ‘Define Beauty’, the film takes a look at the sinister side of image-altering apps. Four unsuspecting characters fill our screen, eager to try out a new app called Facefixx. But in a world where every feature can be photoshopped through our phones, where do you draw the line between online and reality? The film has a comical edge, but the ending reminds viewers that less is always more.
The spot was directed by Youth Hymns from Partizan.
