Toyota’s world-leading Hybrid Electric offering, their unequivocal vision of the future of motoring, along with recent research insights confirming Toyota as Ireland’s most trusted, reputable and desired car brand led to the new advertising platform. The TV, part of a multi-platform campaign, was filmed in Ireland during lockdown in March 2021, a simple story, with the utterly down-to-earth and un-actory actor, Liam Cunningham behind the wheel of a Toyota Hybrid, musing on life and the choices we make, as he drives from Wicklow to Dublin.
Well before the creative brief was written, two words were pinned to the wall by the client, ‘truth and trust’. So launches the new Toyota Ireland campaign, less bombastic, more contemplative, delivered beautifully by Zak Emerson and the team at Butter amongst many others."
