If the past few years in post-production have taught the industry anything, it’s that agility and resilience aren't optional.

This new challenge has inspired Whitehouse Post to chart a new course by bringing in fresh leadership, elevating long-time team members, and investing in technology. The result is an energised, aligned company with clear momentum.

At the centre of Whitehouse Post’s next chapter is Catherine Tobiasinsky, Chief Executive Officer, who stepped in to help guide the company through a period of transition and opportunity. “I’m focused on building a strong foundation for future growth,” says Tobiasinsky. “That means aligning leadership, supporting our talent, and staying creatively ambitious, without losing sight of what has always mattered here: looking after our clients, looking after our staff, and staying ahead of trends.”

Before joining Whitehouse Post, Tobiasinsky built her career on the buying side, working directly with global brands and agencies including P&G, Mars, Eli Lilly, BP and Walmart on transformation and growth. She has led accounts, partnered closely with CMOs, and guided digital evolution across industries. Her approach isn’t about changing the soul of Whitehouse Post; it’s about sharpening and getting it fighting fit for what’s next.

Alongside her is Catriona Fallon, Chief Financial Officer, whose background spans Wall Street, tech, IPOs, and advertising sector analysis. Fallon brings financial clarity and strategic rigor that support sustainable, creative growth. Fallon also brings a powerful personal story to the team as a former Olympic athlete; she competed as a rower in the 1996 Olympic games. In this Olympic year, that mindset of discipline, performance, and teamwork resonates across the company.

What makes Whitehouse Post’s leadership evolution especially compelling is the blend of fresh energy and long-standing trust, and the fact that the company is now guided by a women-led executive team that puts people, culture, and creativity at the center of growth. Joanna Manning, Managing Director of the Los Angeles studio, leads the West Coast operation with creativity, care, and commercial clarity. She oversees strategic direction and business growth while drawing from the full portfolio to serve clients seamlessly. Working alongside her is an Executive Producer team that spans the globe. Kristin Angeletti leads in Chicago, Ryan Smith heads up New York, and Ella Sedgwick runs the London office. Together, they manage their respective studios while collaborating closely across regions. Jen Shelley, Chief Operating Officer, oversees operational strength across all the offices. From facilities and marketing to communications and PR, Shelley ensures the infrastructure of Whitehouse Post supports its creative ambitions.

On the technology side, the company has launched Stacks, its new digital asset management and workflow platform. Designed to simplify and future-proof how content is stored and accessed, Stacks brings clarity to an increasingly complex production ecosystem while creating a readiness for AI applications. Led by Heidi Black, Chelsea Rowan, and Amar Chauhan, the Stacks team has built a system that helps clients move faster, work smarter, and stay ready for what’s next.

And, as always, the heart of Whitehouse Post is its editors. From industry leaders including Partner/ Editors Russell Icke, Matthew Wood, Adam Marshall, and Heidi Black to emerging talent across the roster, the company continues to invest in both excellence and evolution. This year, Thomas Sheriff (London) won the Grand Prize at AICP Camp Kuleshov, underscoring the company’s commitment to developing the next generation of editors.

That momentum extends across Whitehouse Post’s broader family of brands, including finishing studio Carbon and design and production studio Scholar.

Where legacy meets reinvention, Whitehouse Post is facing forward with confidence and renewal. Next-generation ready. This company isn’t just surviving change; it’s shaping what comes next.
