Meyers has been instrumental in establishing the studio’s production record since its inception, and with Versus' ongoing expansion, he is now tasked with enhancing the group's capabilities while expanding its client base on a larger scale.

Under Meyers' leadership, the studio has seen notable year-on-year revenue growth. Recognising the importance of strategic talent in maintaining this growth, Meyers has successfully enlarged the Versus team, tripling its size during his tenure. His strategic approach to talent acquisition has led to the recruitment of remarkable individuals in key locations including New York City, Los Angeles, and the Midwest. His most significant endeavour in team expansion has been forming a creative team in Brazil, considerably widening the company's talent pool and establishing the entity on an international scale.
Meyers has meticulously assembled his leadership team through a series of strategic appointments. Significant additions to the team include an EP/Head of Production, Kathryn Henderson, EP/Originals, Mark Grande, EP/Business Strategy, Tony Kadillak, and EP/Director of Sales, KC Gulino. This group has been instrumental in shaping the company's vision and implementing essential systems to support the expanding global team.
With an ambition to extend Versus' capabilities to present culture-defining stories, Meyers has looked beyond the traditional commercial work for which the group was known; playing a key role in constructing and developing Versus Originals, the company's cutting-edge IP studio.
