Jonathan Parker and Chris Birch, Executive Creative Directors at VCCP London, said: “2024 continues to enthral and indeed, knacker us right out, so it’s brilliant that such loud, talented, funny and downright forceful creatives are joining the glorious chaos here at VCCP. They’re all getting massively stuck in, raiding the WhiteClaw fridge and building on their wicked portfolios already - so we’re bloody chuffed and lucky to have such lovely talented people.”
Nikki Lindman joins from Anomaly London where she was Group Creative Director working with clients including MINI, Unilever and Cancer Research UK. Prior to that, Lindman worked for Pablo, BBH and adam&eveDDB where she has worked with numerous global brands including Barclays, Deliveroo, Audi and British Airways. Having been trained by the late, great Tony Cullingham, she has more than 16 years experience and has been awarded throughout her career including Cannes Lions.
Nikki Lindman, Creative Director, added: “I’ve wanted to work with VCCP for ages, so I’m quite relieved they’ve finally let me inside the building. Tickled pink to be making iconic, funny, creative and populist work with this extremely nice, talented bunch.”
Sam Adio and Ken Abalos are joining VCCP from Havas London as Midweight Creatives. They describe themselves as ‘a creative team who skipped ad school’ instead they managed to collect their first Gold Lion in 2021 for The Black Plaque Project, they also count two Bronze Lions in their collection.
Adio and Abalos, Midweight Creatives, said: “We’re really excited to join one of the biggest agencies in the world and we can’t wait to get stuck in, working with some of the best and loveliest people in the industry.”

The award-winning midweight team were responsible for shaving Tom Ellis’ face remotely for an EE ad and are the proud inventors of WiFi blocking underwear. They’ve also worked on some of Britain’s most loved brands including Robinsons and BHF and more recently sold in global work for Coca-Cola and Jamesons.
Marani and Stanage, Midweight Creatives, said: “We are so thrilled to get our hands on such an amazing client list and to work closely with such extremely talented people - a few days in and we already feel fully part of the VCCP family.”
