Untold Studios has announced the appointment of Farah Ramzan Golant as its new Chair, marking an important step in the company’s continued evolution and growth.
Internationally renowned creative company Untold Studios has announced the appointment of Farah Ramzan Golant as its new Chair, marking an important step in the company’s continued evolution and growth.
Golant succeeds Kerry Glazer, whose five-year tenure as Chair has been instrumental in shaping the company’s future.
Golant brings over three decades of leadership experience across the media, advertising, and creative industries to Untold Studios. Known for her visionary approach, she has consistently demonstrated an unwavering belief in the power of creativity to drive meaningful economic and social change. As Chair of Untold Studios, Golant will work closely with the executive leadership team to shape the company’s future.

Golant’s distinguished career began with a 22-year journey at Omnicom-owned AMV BBDO, where she rose from entry-level to become Chief Executive and Executive Chairman. She later became CEO of All3Media, where her leadership fuelled significant growth for the company and achieved an exit for Private Equity owners, Permira.
Golant subsequently became the CEO of Nike's non-profit, Girl Effect, accelerating its reach and impact for over 50 million people in the global south. Promoting positive social change for girls in underserved communities, including Ethiopia, Rwanda, Malawi, Nigeria, and India by building youth media brands and mobile networks to give women voice, visibility and value has been recognised by governments and institutional philanthropists as a groundbreaking model globally.
Most recently, Golant served as President of the creative network Kyu. She is currently a Special Advisor to Private Equity firm, Advent and is a Board Director of their Ad Tech company Seedtag.
In recognition of her outstanding contributions to the creative industries, Golant was awarded a CBE in 2011. She was also named Business Woman of the Year in 2010 at the Asian Women of Achievement Awards and served on the UK Prime Minister’s Business Advisory Group, where she provided counsel on key business issues. Additionally, she represented the UK as Business Ambassador for the Creative Industries.
