The Quarry Signs Editor Flaura Atkinson

The Quarry London signs Flaura Atkinson to their roster of editors. Flaura represents one of the brightest young editing talents in the industry and has developed rapidly into a successful and prolific commercial & music films editor.
 

Flaura started out at Peep Show, and has refined her skills and climbed the ladder through The Whitehouse and Family Editing – establishing uniquely strong relationships with multiple clients and brands including Jacob Sutton, Canada, Marco Ammannati , Martin Werner, TK Maxx, Rizzle Kicks and Marilyn Manson to name a few. In joining The Quarry, Flaura's expertise will now not only be utilised in the London headquarters but all over the world, including The Quarry's sister company – Rock Paper Scissors USA.

"I knew I wanted to be an editor since I was at school, when we used to make films in media studies class. Everyone else would love being out on the shoot with the camera and I would always enjoy the many hours afterwards sat in a dark room putting the edit together the most! When I graduated I went straight into the industry, as a runner. That was over 5 years ago.  I love what I do, I love the people I meet and I love that no job I edit is ever the same. I started out editing music videos, something I still absolutely love to do.
