The award-winning Nüesch Sisters (Kim & Flo) based in London and Zurich have joined The Corner Shop roster for UK & US representation.
Sisters and creative partners, they have an almost telepathic connection that produces emotionally driven stories that explore themes of family, identity, and the female perspective. The pair perfectly balance drama with comedy that results in nuanced and impactful storytelling with vivid and cinematic imagery.
They honed their craft at ArtCenter College of Design in Los Angeles. And in 2023, Kim completed a Master’s in Screenwriting at the London Film School. Their latest short film, Marriage Unplugged, was selected as one of the final 30 out of 11,750 entries at the Sony Future Filmmaker Awards.
In 2025, they received the St. Gallen Cultural Foundation’s Emerging Artist Award. Other recognitions include Silver at the Cannes Young Director Award, the Jury Prize at the Leeds International Film Festival, and a nomination at the UK Music Video Awards.
The Nüesch Sisters said: “The Corner Shop has been on our radar since our LA days, when we first met Anna Hashmi. Reconnecting with the company later through Heather Link in London, and ultimately signing with them, feels like a real full-circle moment. They’ve built a brilliant team and consistently create stunning work. It’s one of those rare alignments - same taste, same way of seeing things. On the new additions, Hashmi comments: "Kim and Flo are the kind of filmmakers you remember from the first frame - emotionally fearless, visually distinctive, and completely in command of their voice. From our first meeting in LA a few years back, it’s impressive how they have grown their reel and stayed true to their unique tone, so signing them now across the UK/ Amsterdam and US feels like a story that was always going to find its ending here. They are a perfect fit for this roster, and we are thrilled to have them."
