Strange Beast signs Laura Jayne Hodkin

London based Strange Beast have signed animation director Laura Jayne Hodkin. 

Hodkin is a graduate of Strange Beast and Passion Pictures’ talent development programme, The Greenhouse. 

Her work brings stylised, witty characters to life with striking colour as they unapologetically play out their loves, hates, thoughts and attitudes. This is starkly evident in Hodkin’s grad film Hot and Tasty, which gained her industry-wide attention.

Recent commercial work includes spots for Giff Gaff, Travel Portland and Bodyform, the last of which underlines her passion for telling women’s stories with freshness, daring and humour.
