Stink Films share the next evolution of its leadership team at Stink US, with the joining of seasoned industry player, Ben Davies, as Managing Director.

Davies brings a wealth of experience to the role, having collaborated with top talent and fostered growth at agencies and production companies in London, New York, and LA. Davies’s career began at BBH London before moving to Droga5 NYC as Head of Film. Davies later moved to LA and switched to the production side of the business as Vice President of Furlined. More recently, he collaborated as EP with Pulse and CANADA and has worked across a spectrum of award winning campaigns.

Davies’s background and experience, his ability to cross production, brand and marketing, as well as his empathy and multi-disciplinary understanding will provide Stink Films with a partner that talent, clients and peers alike can turn to.

Further moves in Stink’s executive lineup include Mungo Maclagan’s promotion from Senior Executive Producer to Deputy Managing Director. Having been an integral part of Stink US for over 15 years, Maclagan spans strategic thinking, production, and talent management. Former Managing Executive Producer, Fran McGivern, is adopting the position of Global Director of Production Operations. Based in LA, McGivern will leverage her considerable experience to enhance production practices across Stink worldwide.

Together, Davies, Maclagan and McGivern will continue Stink's commitment to growing the careers of emerging and established directors, while delivering exceptional work for brands and agencies and exploring innovative creative opportunities.

Ben Davies says “During my 25 years in the industry, I have been lucky to work both agency and production side at the very highest level, giving me the privilege to collaborate with many talented artists. Artistry, craft and launching new voices is in my DNA. I have watched and admired Stink from the early days, as a partner and competitor. Daniel and the team have built an incredible reputation of creativity and innovation, within a culture of craft and collaboration… I look forward to bringing another perspective to the team, signing new artists, growing the creative output, working alongside Stinks global capabilities and having fun with it.”

Daniel Bergmann says “I have known Ben for a long time. He is a progressive thinker - creative and meticulous, while also having great taste and a strategic vision - a perfect match for the Stink US office in a time of growth. Needless to say he is a fantastic human too. We’re all excited for what’s to come.”
