Last week saw SourceEcreative return to sunny California, bringing their renowned 'Presents' screening back to Los Angeles for a second year. Hosted by Worldwide Editor Jamie Madge, the evening saw a collection of the greatest short film and music video content from the world's most exciting signed and unsigned directors… plus a very special guest.

Joining Jamie on stage was Directors Bureau wunderkind David Wilson who talked through three of his best-known music videos – 'The Bay' - Metronomy / 'Mind Mischief' - Tame Impala / 'We Exist' - Arcade Fire – in front of the enraptured crowd. Commenting on his involvement in the projects, the inspiration for each and his particular favourite moments, David's insightful commentary was a treat for all who attended.

But that's not all! Following the Q&A, a selection of films from the SourceEcreative archive and Scout site played out to the audience of industry experts. The crowd were lucky enough to be joined by directors Rob Cantor (whose 'Shia LaBeouf Live' provided many chuckles), Taylor Engel (whose journey down 'The Pavement' sparked gasps) and Brooks Morrison (whose introduction to 'Lyle' delivered cheerful bemusement and dread).

Before and after the films, the 150+ attendees enjoyed the delicious platter, plentiful drinks (and mountains of cheese) offered up in the lobby.
