As part of this exciting collaboration, Solab Films will gain exclusive representation of its star-studded talent roster in France. The list of big-name directors and promising newcomers includes Reset co-founder, David Fincher, as Guy Ritchie, and Joseph Kosinski.
Having already lent its exceptional talents to major French houses, such as Dior, Chanel, and Cartier, it was only natural that Reset would develop its presence in France with local representation that shares its values, ambition, and commitment to craft. The Reset collaboration could not come at a better time, as Solab Films continues to develop its Film & Television department. After producing their first feature-length film Atlantic Bar by Fanny Molins, which took home a 2024 César nomination, the production company is releasing a new film Par Amour by Elise Otzenberger, which is slated to hit cinemas in January 2025. Solab Films currently has six feature-length films and two television series in development.
Reset, expand & rebrand
All these changes have been part of a new vision for the French production company, which has changed its name from Solab to Solab Films as part of a comprehensive rebrand designed to reflect both its roots and its future. In addition to signing new talent and formalising its expansion into narrative content, Solab Films has also debuted a new website to give pride of place to the directors it represents, the incredible work they are able to achieve together, and the creative audacity that drives the company each and every day.
