You can only imagine that life as a sniper must be a lonely affair. Endlessly waiting in trees or on buildings. Separated from buddies, by a good distance. Not able to chat in case you miss the moment to fire. In short – not the most social of existences. Thankfully then, the only thing that associates the Smuggler directing team Sniper Twins with their combat equivalents is that they're darn good at shooting things. And like being on roofs.

Based in New York City, Barry Adam Flanagan and Dax Armand Martinez-Vargas (aka Sniper Twins) are a writing/directing duo known for their sharp shooting style, intrinsic sense of humour and musical prowess. Establishing a name for themselves with the hugely popular branded music videos 'Computer Friends', with partner Seagate, and follow-up 'Chocolate Shoppe', with partner Hershey's, the pair took the skills built from working as directors/creatives for 5+ years in MTV's on-air promos department and, after signing to Smuggler for global representation, have worked for brands as diverse as Burger King, Carling and Doritos.

We jumped at the chance to chat to the guys on our visit to New York, wherein our editor Jamie Madge was dragged to the roof with a delightful runner/cameraman in tow (ably directed by Dax) in order to chat all things Sniper.
