Cinematographic urban music videos, captivating commercials and their first feature film questioning the ideas of good friendship and family no matter the format, BRBR are known for pushing boundaries.
The film collective based in Madrid and London combines a delicate yet powerful aesthetic with raw authentic storytelling and the ambition to challenge the status quo on how to produce and create contemporary visual culture.
They address social injustice, intolerance and the flaws in our society in their campaign Heroes of today, bring a music video to life with the use of only sex toys as instruments for PornHub Toys, tell the emotional story of an actual Spanish youth gang played by themselves in La Male Familia and so much more.
All of which result in numerous prizes at several festivals such as Cannes Lions, Young Directors Award, Ciclope, CdeC, El Ojo de Iberoamerica, shots or Berlin Commercial and the inclusion in the prestigious Saatchi&Saatchi New Creators Showcase list.
"Unafraid, honest and unexpected are usually the first words that come to mind when seeing a BRBR film. So we are intrigued and very happy to see where our combined journey will lead us.“
