Rosen and Edwards Hop Aboard jumP

Editor Wendy Rosen has signed on with jumP.

Bicoastal jumP adds editors Wendy Rosen and Jonathan Edwards to its New York roster.

"Wendy and Jonathan are absolute pros who fit in perfectly at jumP," noted MD Dee Tagert. "We're always looking to round out our already versatile roster; their individual expertise will be an enormous asset as we make 2012 one of our most exciting years to date."

Rosen, whose work leans toward the comic, brings a reel to jumP with work for Pepsi, Mercedes-Benz, P&G, General Mills and M&M/Mars. Prior to joining jumP, Rosen spent five years at Red Car. She also did a seven-year run as editor/owner of 3 Fingered Louie and worked for four years as an editor at Mad River.

"I've been fortunate to work in the business long enough to have an intuitive sense of an editorial company the moment I step in the door, and jumP felt right instantly," stated Rosen. "Everything here, from the equipment to the talent to the leadership, is outstanding."

"Wendy has a impeccable eye for arranging a director's raw footage into a finished product that fits his or her vision," noted Tagert. "She also has a hard-to-find fine-tuned sense for comedy. We welcome her enthusiastically."

Editor Jonathan Edwards is jumP, New York's other new addition.

Also hailing from Red Car, Edwards' portfolio includes such work as Qatar's film to host the 2022 FIFA World Cup, which he worked across five time zones to complete, editing 107 hours of @radical media Director Derin Seale's footage of three Middle Eastern countries into a 3:00 film. He also played a large part in perfecting the multi-zoom process used in "300."

"Through his years in the industry and through owning his own editorial company, Yellow Rose Editorial, Jonathan has witnessed massive change that he has not only adapted to, but embraced," stated Tagert. "With his energy and enthusiasm, he's an awesome addition."

"When I decided it was time for a change, I was very impressed with everything jumP had to offer," noted Edwards. "Joining this company with such great talent, an outstanding reputation, and all during a new period of growth for them, felt like the timing could not have been better."
