Roger Guàrdia directs Rosalía and Romeo Santos
CANADA and Park Pictures releases video for New York’s legendary bachata singer and Barcelona’s pop star.
Roger Guàrdia directs the clip for a fiery collaboration starring the duo singing about devotion, painful love and heartbreak whilst supported by a pair of passionate bachata dancers.
Shot in Miami in August, the clip was edited in Barcelona and graded in London. A continuation of CANADA’s close relationship with Rosalía since her emergence and a key piece of Romeo Santos’ comeback after his last studio album in 2019.
El Pañuelo, produced by CANADA and Park Pictures, plays with the line by Romeo "El amor ciego te quita poder" (blind love takes away your power), and Guàrdia notes that “it came to my mind the vampiric side of passionate love. It can be really intense, illogical, emotional, until it sucks all your energy away
