Riff Raff announce the launch of an animation department, Our Animated Cousin, building on a craft that has long been part of their DNA, and now giving it a dedicated home within their creative offering.
The department is anchored by directors renowned for their distinctive approaches to animation, including Smith & Foulkes, The Sacred Egg, Francois Rousselet, Alden Volney, and their newest addition, Oscar-nominated director Johnny Kelly.
Each brings a unique visual language and a proven ability to craft memorable, design led storytelling. In addition to the existing roster they have access across the world to new emerging talent in illustration, concept, puppetry and stop frame.
Riff Raff has long been a leading light in live action crafted, world building, narratives and they feel this new development will cement their dedication to director led craft and establishing new and innovative ways to bring stories to life.
