The transformation process at The Marmalade continues, with VFX specialist Petra Monheim joining as new operation manager and experienced strategist Djenna Wehenpohl installed as Head of Strategy. 

Together with Torsten Eichten they lead the company into the age of of 'Next Normal'.

As a member of the management team, former Wall Street analyst Petra Monheim brings in more than twenty years of experience in the areas of finance, strategic new business, business development, leadership, structuring and alignment. Petra Monheim is an international experienced business graduate of the Ivy League College Brown University in Providence/Rhodes Island. She has been working in advertising since the beginning of the millennium, first at Springer & Jacoby, where she quickly took over as head of the new business department for the agency. 

For many years, she then headed the German- speaking business of the Scandinavian VFX-Studios Goodbye Kansas Germany GmbH (formerly: Fido Studios) and supervised in the last two years all international advertising film projects of Goodbye Kansas "remote" from Hamburg.

As Head of Strategy, Djenna Wehenpohl will present the achievements of The Marmalade in the areas of digital transformation and communication, innovation modelling, expand business segment development and strategic customer consulting. The Mexico-born EBS University graduate with international business studies experience and a quadrilingual upbringing as well as a graduate in cultural sociology at Leuphana University, combines her well-founded business background with analytical drive. 

Djenna Wehenpohl comes from Jung von Matt and upljft, where she was employed as a strategist and account manager and worked for clients such as Pringles, Lidl, Jacobs, Vodafone, Warner, and Sky on a digital strategic level.
