NHL's monument to greatness
ESPN and Arts & Letters Creative Co honour Lord Stanley’s Cup for NHL Final on ABC.
ESPN is capping off its NHL Playoff Campaign You Just Have to Watch with a highly technical CGI spot Monument To Greatness that celebrates what the Stanley Cup truly is: a monument to 134 years of grit and greatness.
Voiced by NHL Hall of Famer and ESPN Analyst Mark Messier and scored by composer Nathan Micay, the Stanley Cup Final spot features a full CGI model of the Stanley Cup, made entirely of a mosaic of TVs, playing some of the Stanley Cup Final’s most iconic moments.
Produced by Electric Theatre Collective, the spot smashes one of the oldest and most revered trophies in all of sports through a sheet of ice and takes viewers on a journey through 134 years of the Stanley Cup Final.
The campaign was created by Arts & Letters Creative Co.
