Leethal Reppin, the agency of twice UKMVA nominated ‘Best Agent’ Lee Fairweather, will be adding MindsEye to his roster as the commercials and film company step up their investment in the music video landscape.

Fairweather launched Leethal Reppin in September 2022 and has since won career-defining projects for directors, with artists like Stormzy, the 1975 and Arlo Parks.

At MindsEye, he’ll be representing some of the most exciting voices in music promos, including the UKMVA winning Matthew Walker, UKMVA nominated Henry Oliver, within his new director duo BABY, Zite & Léo and Tom Clover.

“I’ll be honest, as soon as I came across the name of Lee’s company, I knew we had to work together,” says MindsEye MD, Hughie Phillips. “And we hit it off big time when we met. He’s a true gem and I’m excited for what’s to come”

Fairweather says, “I’m super excited to work with MindsEye and start to develop more new talent in the music space. I first had my eye on them a few years ago after seeing their defining work in comedy and have always wanted to bring them into my own developing network and world, so I’m ready to see what’s next for us all.”
