Global production company Milk & Honey Films has signed Italian director Mattia Molinari for commercial representation on its international roster.

Molinari has built a devoted following around his brand content, known for his raw, image-driven style that cuts through via energy and artistic power. Drawing from his background shaped by skateboarding, graffiti, and an underground music scene, his work carries a sense of immediacy that feels instinctive yet controlled.

Molinari has most recently directed campaigns for brands like Audi, Lamborghini, ASICS and Betano; however his broader body of work moves across automotive, lifestyle and cinematic brand storytelling with a consistent focus on presence, rhythm and attitude. That’s in part due to his flexibility and presence behind the camera. Working as both a director and photographer, his sharp eye for composition and performance has become central to an unmatched visual language that feels both contemporary and distinctly impactful.

The signing reflects Milk & Honey Films’ continued expansion into creative representation in 2026. With over 30 years as a global production leader, the company is building a leading roster defined by signature voices and original perspectives in commercial creative.

Monika Soukup, Executive Producer at Milk & Honey Productions, shared: “We worked with Mattia before in the 2025 Betano project and it was clear early that ours was a powerful collaboration. He has a real instinct for emotion and performance that translates into truth on camera. It’s easy to build with him, and that makes the work stronger. We’re excited for what’s next.”

Molinari is based in Milan, Italy and will be represented by Milk & Honey Films worldwide for commercial work.
