Production company HunkyDory are delighted to announce the addition of Swiss director Michael Fueter to their talented roster of directors.
Having grown up in an artistic family (his uncle is a novelist of Europewide fame, his grandmother one of Switzerland's most famous actresses, his grandfather the founder Switzerland's biggest production company, which was later run by his father) it was almost inevitable that Michael would follow in these creative footsteps.
Michael caught HunkyDory’s eye with the sheer breadth of beautifully observed and elegant filmmaking on his showreel. Equally adept taking us on a journey through time, creating gladiatorial barbecue cook-offs, or charmingly bringing locomotives to life, Michael's varied body of work showcases a real eye for cinematic detail and classic storytelling that HunkyDory are very excited about bringing to the UK market.
In his time as a director, Michael has worked with clients including Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Audi, Renault, Mazda, Carlsberg and won over 150 awards at festivals such as Cannes Lions, Epica, Cristal Festival, Art Director's Club New York, and New York Festivals to name just a few.
