Mat Mildenhall heads to WPP Production
WPP Production appoints Mildenhall as Managing Director, Clients & Growth, North America, he will lead growth and client partnership development across North America.
WPP Production, WPP’s unified global production company, announces the appointment of Mat Mildenhall as Managing Director, Clients & Growth, North America.
Mildenhall will be responsible for driving WPP Production’s growth agenda across North America, deepening existing client partnerships and developing new ones. He will work closely with all WPP Opcos to bring clients production solutions that combine world-class craft, operational scale, and AI-powered innovation.
Mildenhall brings more than 25 years of experience building and leading high-performance agency businesses at a global level. He has held senior client and commercial leadership roles across production and creative agency environments, with a track record of growing major client relationships, building integrated agency models, and leading large-scale transformation for global brands.

Mildenhall joins WPP Production from Omnicom Production, where he served as Chief Client Officer and was accountable for the strategic health and commercial growth of a major enterprise client portfolio, including Amazon, Apple, ExxonMobil, HP, Kenvue, Nissan, Pfizer and Sony PlayStation.
Prior to Omnicom Production, Mildenhall was Chief Client Officer of eg+ Worldwide. Earlier in his career, he held senior leadership roles across Omnicom Group, BBDO and Proximity Worldwide, including serving as Omnicom client lead for Visa and P&G.
