Renowned artist Janelle Monáe is featured and she embodies the brand’s boundary-breaking ethos, declaring at the onset “I’ve never seen myself as just one thing.” child. and her women-led production team bring the commercial to life, as seen in everything from Monáe’s unapologetically original performance and the casting of her ensemble, to the spot’s production design, costume design and cinematography.    

Little Minx  director child., who recently directed Monáe’s Turntables video, started her career as a photographer and creative director. Her music videos and commercials reflect her bold, stylized aesthetic and lush use of light and colour.
