Leah Donnenberg Ramia joins Academy Films as EP
With experience spanning agency producer, line producer, and executive producer roles across short-form content, Donnenberg Ramia brings a comprehensive, holistic approach to production.
Leah Donnenberg Ramia joins Academy following a 15-year career in commercial production, where she developed a versatile skill set and earned industry recognition, accolades, and nominations while collaborating with some of the world’s leading agencies and brands.

With experience spanning agency producer, line producer, and executive producer roles across short-form content, Donnenberg Ramia brings a comprehensive, holistic approach to production. Prior to joining Academy, she was an Executive Producer at Greenpoint Pictures, where she earned a reputation for championing diverse voices and supporting ambitious creative work.
During her time as an agency producer, Donnenberg Ramia contributed to some of the industry’s most celebrated campaigns, including Meta’s Skate Ghana, which earned the Grand Prix at Ciclope, Best in Show at AICP, and an Emmy nomination. Her agency experience includes roles at Droga5, 72andSunny, Arts & Letters, Google Creative Lab, and most recently, Ad Agency’s Newcomer of the Year, American Haiku.
Academy’s Managing Director in the US, John Nguyen, views Donnenberg Ramia's hire as a pivotal continuation of the growth and expansion of the company in the last few years.
