Juice, a global full-service visual effects and post-production studio, announced that they have established a new management team from within the group to head up their expanding Shanghai Studio.

They have also turned to Chris Thorp and his m25 agency to assist in driving the studio’s continued growth in China. Thorp will support the core team, which he knows well and has played a crucial part in developing. The establishment of Juice's branch in Shanghai in 202 o1 involved the acquisition of PixelBox Studio, a company he was instrumental in founding.

"Working with Chris will help us strengthen our regional relationships and adapt to evolving client needs," stated Adam Tunikowski, CEO and founder of Juice. "To support this, we will expand our presence in China and Korea and make use of the synergy between our Shanghai and Tokyo locations. Chris will bring his expertise and leadership to ensure the branch's success in the competitive market."

Juice has established a strong presence in Asia, collaborating with major clients such as Estée Lauder, Shiseido, Nissan, Tmall, and Meituan. Their expertise spans a wide range of services, including colour grading and online editing, which are integral to their creative offerings. Their global portfolio includes credits across feature films, episodic series for streaming platforms such as Netflix and Amazon Studios, and the commercial sector. This highlights their ability to deliver visual effects across various industries and on a global scale.

"My previous experience with the talented Shanghai team made it an obvious decision to accept Adam's proposal for cooperation," Chris Thorp, the creator of the m25 agency, continues. "My experience as a co-founder of m25, harnessing strategic relationships and extensive market knowledge across Asia, will be invaluable in optimising Juice's capabilities and driving significant business growth."

Starting in August, aside from m25, Thorp will be actively engaging with clients over the coming months.
