Harbor has welcomed Megan Lee as Senior Colourist, adding depth to its advertising colour team and broadening what the studio can deliver for clients creatively, announced Managing Director Dan Bennett.
Lee’s appointment comes during a period of sustained growth for Harbor, as the studio continues to scale its global footprint and deepen its commitment to innovation in colour and finishing.
Prior to joining Harbor, Lee held tenures at The Mill London and Electric Theatre Collective, where she collaborated with directors and cinematographers including Kelvin Jones, Tash Duursma, Ben Cotgrove, Troy Roscoe, Bedroom and Jazmin Garcia on award-recognised work. Her approach has shaped campaigns for brands including Oatly, Skechers, Gucci, The North Face, Swatch and Primark.
In 2025, Lee was named on Televisual’s prestigious ‘Top 10 Colourists’ list, a recognition that underscores the impact of her work in the industry. The accolade reflects her ability to craft confident, nuanced colour palettes that elevate narrative and enhance emotional resonance across a wide range of projects.
Alex Gregory, ECD, Advertising Colour, comments: “We’re thrilled to welcome Megan to Harbor. Having worked closely with her in the past, it’s been fantastic to watch her career flourish. She brings a distinctive eye for thoughtful, creative grades and an incredibly diverse and loyal client base. We’re confident she’ll feel right at home here and is the hire we need to take the team we're building to the next level!”
Lee comments: “I’m excited to be joining Harbor at a time when the studio is doing such visually ambitious and distinctive work. It feels like there is real room to grow here, across advertising, long-form and entertainment, and being part of a new and expanding London team within such an established US studio makes it an especially exciting moment.”
