Post-production house Harbor has announced the appointment of Tia Perkins as head of production, advertising.

Perkins, renowned for her extensive industry experience, has managed an array of notable projects, including the iconic CG Chantix Turkey and dynamic live-action and interactive campaigns for esteemed brands such as HP, Gatorade, and M&Ms. Her portfolio includes collaborations with major brands like Estee Lauder, Jack Daniels, M&Ms, Nissan, Chantix, American Express, and Lululemon. She maintains strong partnerships with leading agencies, including Publicis, The Martin Agency, Digitas, Leo Burnett, Havas, Y&R, McCann, Good Kid, and The Community.
Before joining Harbor, Perkins held roles at The Mill and Carbon. During her tenure as head of production at Carbon, she successfully managed campaigns for Xfinity, Verizon, Sweet Tarts, and Clermont Whiskey. She also oversaw resource management, internal workflow, client pitches, and job oversight in collaboration with ECD and department heads. At The Mill, Perkins spent twelve influential years partnering with top-tier brands and industry leaders. As senior content producer for Mill+, she played a pivotal role in establishing the studio's in-house directorial offering as one of the industry's premier content studios.
Committed to workplace inclusivity, Perkins founded the 'What’s Next' Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion group, providing a platform for BIPOC voices and fostering a sense of belonging within the workplace. Throughout her career, she has been a dedicated mentor, leading internship programs and nurturing emerging talent in the industry.
