Agency Grey London continues to grow its creative department with the hiring of Creative Director duo Roberto Kilciauskas and Pedro Rosa.

The pair have more than 20 years experience here in the UK and in their native Brazil, working in agencies in San Paulo including Lew’laraTBWA, Y&R, Leo Burnett and AlmapBBDO. Since moving to London 4 years ago they’ve spent time at MullenLowe, Ogilvy and Mother.

They’ve worked on brand campaigns for Volkswagen, Audi, IKEA, Apple, Coca-Cola and Visa and have been recognised by Cannes Lions, D&AD, Clio Awards and The One Show, among others.

The pair will join Grey London in the summer as part of a huge investment in creativity at the agency under Creative Chairman Adrian Rossi.

Reporting into Rossi directly they’ll be working initially on Grey London’s UN account, which won the agency a Gold and Silver lion at Cannes this summer.

Adrian Rossi says: “They are two of the happiest, most positive and hungriest people I have ever met. They radiate exactly the energy we want here at Grey London. They’re also pretty shit hot when it comes to ideas.”

On their reasons for joining, Pedro says: “Adrian has been consistently producing some of our favourite campaigns for a long, long time. We’ve always wanted to work
with him.”

Roberto added: “Grey London is an exciting place to be right now. The hunger to create great work that cuts through the noise comes from the very top. It’s a shared ambition that we know will lead to amazing things.”
