Friend signs Kid. Studio

Production company Friend announce that Kid. Studio have joined for commercials and music video representation.

Founded by designer/director Glenn Michael and his partner Vincent Tran in 2014, who were originally a boutique graphic design studio, they teamed up with Christo, a multidisciplinary artist/director from Toronto and have rapidly gone on to direct commercials and music videos for huge global brands and artists.

Their commercial clients include: Nike; Mitsubishi and Reebok.

In music videos they’ve worked with the great and the good from both sides of the pond from Drake to Disclosure, The Weeknd and Big Sean. Together, they have landed nominations across a number of categories like Best Direction and Video of the Year for award shows the MTV Video Awards, UKMVA, BET Awards and the Much Music Video Awards.

Head of Music Videos Danny Herman said: ‘Kid. Studio are making some of the coolest music videos around and we’re super stoked to be partnering up with them this side of the Atlantic.
