First wave of shots Awards Asia Pacific 2024 judges announced
With the deadline for the shots Awards Asia Pacific 2024 at the end of this week, we are pleased to announce the first wave of judges for this year's event.

Celebrating the best and most creative work from the region, the shots Awards Asia Pacific has turned to some of the area's most creative leaders, from a selection of different fields, to oversee the the shortlist and eventual winners for this year.
In a change to the usual approach, this year's awards has been split into six categories, with a head judge for each and, mirroring the other shots Awards events, includes a series of Zoom meetings between the judges to ascertain the gold, silver and bronze winners.
The six categories and their respective head judges are;
- Cinematography and Production & Styling; Neha Kaul, director, Corcoise Films Mumbai
- Sound & Editing; Donny Pereira, MD & Partner, MassiveMusic Singapore
- Direction & Casting; Nick Simkins, Executive Producer, FINCH Auckland
- Concept & Copywriting; Thasorn Boonyanate, Chief Creative Officer, BBDO Bangkok
- Animation & VFX; Lily Li, Managing Director, The Mill Shanghai
- New Director & Music Video; Penny Woo, Executive Producer, The Sweetshop Asia
