Directed by Seyi Peter-Thomas through Station Film, Chat Bot Runaround, Random Quote, and Business Hours re-enact those frustrating calls and digital interactions we’ve all experienced where a bot furnishes one-size-fits-all answers for very personal or specific insurance and financial planning questions.
The campaign assures consumers they can depend on a Farm Bureau agent or advisor for the knowledge and experience that will make their financial planning and insurance solutions simple…while avoiding the frustration of dealing with a bot.
