Shoppers are buying with more intention and seeking out products with handcrafted quality and meaning. 

In their new holiday film campaign, Give More than a Gift, made in partnership with creative agency 72andSunny New York, Etsy tells four stories about how a meaningful gift can bring holiday magic to those it's given to. Especially at a time, it’s needed most.

Bus Stop (US only) tells the timely and relevant story of an unlikely bond between two people and a gift that shows gratitude. The Recipe (US only) is about how a mother can connect with her daughter through the gift of a recipe but also how that gift connects them to their culture and family. Our Santa (US + UK)  is an often untold story about feeling represented and the way a son can recognize his Father’s desire to feel seen through a meaningful gift. The Tradition (UK only) which will only air in the UK, shows how a neighbourly kindness can encourage someone content in being alone to join in on a longstanding tradition.

Give More than a Gift will begin airing nationally in the US across broadcast, social and digital. Etsy has also expanded the campaign internationally airing two unique ads in Germany, Mozart and Everlasting Love as well as Our Santa and The Tradition in the UK, as well as a UK-specific OOH campaign that brings our message to a range of media & print outdoor placements.
