Easy Mondays announces a new partnership with Ripple Reps for west coast commercial representation.
Easy Mondays has officially partnered with the talent management company Ripple Reps, for West Coast commercial representation.
Annie Schmittgens, Ripple Reps’ founder, shared her enthusiasm: “Easy Mondays’ directors and team are creative problem solvers who push the limits and have already made waves in the industry. It's inspiring to work with artists who create commercials and content that can leave an impact on our society. I’m excited to keep this momentum going with them on the West Coast!”
Speaking about what’s essential for success in the industry, she emphasised patience, persistence, and belief: “There are countless decision makers and factors that go into every ‘yes’ in our industry, so patience and persistence are of course needed. Reflecting on her journey and the experience gained from working with industry leaders, she said: “I’ve gotten to work with and learn from some of the best reps in the business. Starting something new gave my clients and me a moment to reflect on the past and think about what's needed in the new advertising landscape. As our industry is ever changing, being open and embracing new ideas is crucial.”
