The creative celebrates the power of human creativity and ingenuity while creating special moments with loved ones around the holidays. 

The first in a series of campaign spots, the Yule Log TVC debuted in late November and runs through the end of the year. The music, conceived in collaboration with Samantha Parvin of Parvin Music, combines a classic, throwback holiday feel with a fun, modern twist. The jazz revival piece has a warm vintage flare, featuring contributions from jazz musicians in Los Angeles and New York as well as Australian vocalist Karlie Bruce.

After the initial airing of Yule Log, the positive reception inspired Marker’s Mark to commission a full-length version of the song which led to this week’s release of Jing-a-Ling by Harbour Lights (available on all streaming platforms). Consumers can Shazam the TVC and listen to the full-length holiday song on Spotify, Apple Music or one of 20+ other streaming services. The recording of Jing-a-Ling was truly remote collaboration, recorded and produced remotely across Ear Candy Shop’s Los Angeles studio, as well as studios in New York and Sydney.

Ear Candy Shop is a boutique music house started in 2017 by Grammy-nominated composer Filip Mitrovic and music licensing vet Antony Demekhin. Sam Parvin is a music licensing and procurement expert helping brands and agencies elevate the quality and efficiency of their music choices.
