Don't end up in the wrong hands says LegalZoom
New LegalZoom campaign warns against AI and influencer legal advice.
LegalZoom’s latest campaign from agency ARGONAUT, has just launched.
The work builds on LegalZoom’s "Life is more legal than you think" platform, which debuted last year with ads that showed trusted hands helping make informed legal decisions. This year’s follow-up addresses a new reality: in a world flooded with instant AI answers and influencer opinions, people are often led to "wrong hands" for legal advice, sources that are well-intentioned but often lack nuance or are just plain incorrect.
The campaign positions LegalZoom as a holistic and practical solution, providing the technology users want with the human expertise they need, at a predictable price point compared to traditional law firms. It features some observational humour that touches on things we’ve all heard (or maybe even thought): “If AI can map the human genome, I think it can write a will!” one ad says.
Daniel Lysaught, LegalZoom CMO said: "Our new campaign underscores the value of having a single source for comprehensive legal solutions, a vital distinction in a world saturated with easily accessible, and often dangerously incorrect, advice".
Hunter Hindman, Founder & CCO of ARGONAUT adds: "The challenge for most people and businesses is not finding legal advice, it’s finding advice that’s actually correct. By showing the wrong hands in action, we can drive immediate impact and strengthen long-term brand memory. That’s how enduring brands are built."
