Molly tells soulful and emotionally honest stories across music videos, film and photography. Packed with meaning and symbolism, her striking visuals cut straight to the heart.

Molly’s ongoing collaboration with burgeoning London superstar singer Arlo Parks has created a new, soulful, delicate aesthetic across their five music videos together. Their recent film Black Dog, which explores themes of togetherness and mental health, has been featured in Directors Library and Booooooooom, and has just been nominated at the UKMVA’s.

Molly has also just released her second collaboration with Glaswegian soul singer Joesef, Does It Make You Feel Good, a brilliant homage Billy Elliot filtered through early Andrea Arnold. The film celebrates the freedom and energy of youth, and the infectious power of dancing like no one is watching.

Molly Burdett: I’m very excited to be joining Spindle. Knowing that I have such a supportive team behind me will enable me to grow creatively and to develop further as a director. With Spindle’s fresh and passionate approach to filmmaking I know we can do amazing things together.

Managing Partner Miles Nathan: Molly is a very special find. Truly. Her effortless, unique visual style, ambition and soulfulness are so rare, and we feel incredibly lucky to have her join us for the next chapter of her career. Her work with artists like Arlo Parks and Joesef capture humanity at its rawest and most poetic. The sky is the limit for her; we’re so happy to help her develop her voice further with artists, agencies and brands.
