John Israel is a Belgian born director with a broad background in music, fashion and art.
His iconographic work brings us into an emotional essentialness, where anecdotal ordinaries can become poetic signals and magnetic feelings. Israel throws at us an aesthetic of authentic moments that make us part of what we see. Having worked with many different brands in fashion, automotive liquor and spirit, for instance, Lee Jeans, Tomboy, Peugeot, Dior, Cointreau and Duvel; he excels in giving the audience an amazing visual experience.
Beginning his career as a musician, he travelled the world and embraced the spirit of urban culture. He has never been afraid to confront new challenges and exploring new manners of working. This, in combination with his flair for storytelling and his eye for detail, enables him to give birth to exciting ideas, time and time again.
