With the addition of Pinchevsky bolstering the creative team, D&G plans to continue delivering brave ideas and creating long-lasting impact for clients in both the West Coast office and recently opened East Coast office, D&G Brooklyn, and the world.

“We are thrilled to welcome Avi to the D&G family,” said Ben Purcell, Chief Creative Officer at D&G. “Her global experience, her impeccable taste in creativity and her ability to shape nuggets of ideas into brilliant executions, sets her apart. She goes ‘all in’ on every brief, idea, and pitch, aligning with our agency’s mission to elevate the work to greater heights.”

“I am energised by D&G’s creative, optimistic, and innovative spirit, and excited at the prospect of creating the kind of work that allows people to fall in love with brands, defines culture, and slays business Goliaths,” said Pinchevsky. “I’ve always believed that creativity is a behaviour changer, and I feel like I’m amongst kindred spirits, where the culture fosters bravery and growth, for the team, our partners, and clients.”

Prior to D&G, Pinchevsky served as EVP, Global Executive Creative Director at FCB Chicago for 5½ years, where she spearheaded campaigns for clients such as Cox Communications, Kimberly Clarke, Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield, and Walmart.
