Director Rogelio González's roots in the underground have built him as an authentic young voice and one to watch in the mainstream.
He sharpened his filmmaking skills shooting the most recognised skate crew in Spain and has been growing ever since.
"CANADA has a vision that not many have and being part of it reminds me that I do have a personal style that could not be developed better anywhere else" says Rogelio. "I’m thrilled to be in my youth’s favourite production company, and feel so welcomed by this family".
Rogelio has been present in the emergence of Spanish music, delivering videos like YanoaY and Bien Duro for artists like C Tangana and Sticky MA, rising from local rap symbols to international stars.
His dynamic visual style and narrative edge have since caught the eye of international brands including Puma, Nike and Jägermeister. Fresh and attentive to every detail, Roger imbues all his films with honesty, action and vividness, and always lets his characters shine.
