London-based commercial and TV production company Bullion has been certified as a B Corp, joining the growing global movement of companies who envisage using business as a force for good.

The certification covers five key impact areas of Governance, Workers, Community, Environment and Customers. The UK has become the fastest growing B Corp community with more than 700 companies in the UK spread over 51 industries. Other notable B Corps include Patagonia, The Body Shop, The Guardian and Abel & Cole.

“We are extremely proud to be certified as a B Corp and join a global community of businesses that meet high standards of social and environmental impact," said Jack Newman, Bullion’s Managing Director. “It has been an important journey for all of us at Bullion, and we hope that the certification shows the TV and advertising industry who we are and what we stand for. We encourage other production companies to join this movement for an inclusive, equitable and regenerative economy.”

Bullion achieved a high score of 114.5 in the impact assessment, which requires 80 marks to pass and the company says it will strive to continually improve over the coming months and years.
