The winner of the 2022 inaugural Young Arrows award for editing, Beth Roberts, has signed to editing house, tenthree.

Roberts took on her first permanent role as Commercials Assistant at Marshall Street Editors, working alongside Jinx Godfrey. Moving onto roles at Agile Films and Nomad, Roberts joins tenthree at an exciting time for the editing house.

Working across a variety of formats, including music promos and commercials, Roberts has seen success editing for an impressive array of artists including Berwyn, Eli Brown, Biig Piig, Swedish House Mafia, Mahalia and AJ Tracey, to name a few.

Commercially, Roberts has frequently collaborated with Adidas, a career highlight being Mountaineering, for Adidas Terrex. In addition, she has worked with Tik Tok, NHS, One Plus, Nike, ONTO, St Mungos and Barclays. Her work for NHS Neonatal saw her awarded the first-ever prize for editing at the 2022 Young Arrows.

More recently, a project for STAMMA with Daniel Liakh won bronze for editing at Eurobestfest, an awarding body that champions ground-breaking, bold, creative excellence.

Ed Hoadley, Managing Director at tenthree comments; “Beth is a force of nature who immediately after meeting you can tell is going to be successful. Her drive and enthusiasm for what she does is clear to see, and from our very first conversation I knew we shared identical values. For Tenthree, Beth’s signing represents our commitment to working with talented creative people and growing their careers.”

Beth Roberts, editor at tenthree adds: “Meeting Billy, Quin, Ellie & Ed was just like catching up with old friends. I'm not sure I've ever felt a group of people in the industry who feel more, well, like me. tenthree’s just a bunch of genuine, nice, driven people who love what they do and feel so aligned with my own ethos. Being totally honest they’ve pretty much always been ‘end game’ since Chris Roebuck moved over there back in 2017 and Ellie being a partner was obviously a huge selling point.”
