We Are Covert, the original remote working post production studio, continues its expansion with the addition of consulting VFX supervisor Alex Dubus to the studio’s roster.
Dubus has over 25 years of experience delivering projects for a range of high-end international clients, including Sony, Disney and the BBC. His far-reaching talents in various aspects of the industry, TVC, Feature Films, Episodicals, Games and Virtual Production, are another exciting step for the studio.
Beyond that, his recent work on The Sandbox, a virtual world where players can build, own, and monetise their gaming experiences on the Ethereum blockchain, meant he was a natural hire for the studio, who in the last year have worked on NFT and Metaverse projects with powerhouses Ledger and Plinft with more in the pipeline.
Dubus comments on combining forces with Covert: "it’s not just an amazing gathering of talented people, but the positive atmosphere that has been created is one that I value above all. The team is extremely passionate, hard-working and respectful of one another. All I can add to that is that we have some great plans lined-up and I can't wait to power through them!"
