That Thing create a global campaign for Virgin Active promoting a more gentle approach to taking just enough exercise. This comforting message is conveyed in a charming, mildly bonkers spot directed by Mark Williams and Joe Weir.
Thing about Christmas is it's all 'eat, drink and be merry for tomorrow we... must weepily wobble around on a treadmill regretting our bacchanalian excesses and mince-pie munchings'. Yes, it's January, the month when we try and go dry, wishing we could stay wet, and join gym while wishing ourselves anywhere else.
This campaign from Virgin will let you off the hook nicely with its abandonement of the 'no pain, no gain' edict. This is about setting realistic goals and taking a more honest approach to managing just enough exercise. We'll drink to that.
Elements include a film seeded through TV on Demand and social, OOH and a redesign of the global website.
