PostNord: Santa

 

Developed by Forsman & Bodenfors, the campaign follows a challenging few months for Postnord due to the increase in e-commerce and parcels, and is a creative way of telling customers about the improvements the company has made, from building new terminals to improving their app, to deal with the hectic festive period.

 

Helmed by Filip Tellander, the spot opens with Father Christmas being called into a meeting and told that people expect their deliveries every day, not just once a year. Cut to scenes of chaos at the North Pole depot, with boxes stacking up, reindeer dragging overloaded sleighs and phones ringing off the hook with angry customers demanding to know where their packages are. As public opinion turns against Santa, can he find a solution?
