This lovely animated film, which has an appealing handcrafted look and feel, is the first in a series of true adoption stories for Minnesota charity Secondhand Hounds.
In the spot, directed by Amanda Jones through Mad Ruffian, a couple foster a one-eyed rescue dog, Lenny. While waiting for Lenny’s prospective new adoptive family to arrive, they end up falling for the mutt, and come up with multiple reasons why they should permanently adopt him themselves. But on opening the door, they realise exactly why the new owners are a perfect match.
