Epoch hires renaissance woman

Director Elena Petitti di Roreto has signed with bi-coastal production company Epoch.

Petitti di Roreto studied media design at the New Academy of Fine Arts in Milan, film studies at New York’s Pratt Institute and then studied creative direction for fashion at the London College of Fashion.

Her varied career has included working as an editor at Collateral Films, a Milan-based production company, she then went on to become a freelance art director and director.

Now based in Milan and London, she has worked with several fashion brands and magazines, such as Mulberry, Valentino, Dries van Noten, Cos, Hugo Boss, Vogue Italia and iD. In the relatively short time Elena’s been directing, her work has won many awards, including Best New Italian Film at the Fashion Film Festival Milano in 2018 and 2016.

In November, she will be directing her first job through Epoch Films for Hennessy through Droga5.
