No one likes insurance, right? So what better way to get people to watch your ad than have the highly likeable Dennis Quaid front it?

At least, that's the premise behind this tongue-in-cheek spot from Leo Burnett Chicago and we're bound to admit that it, well, works. Quaid's dryly self-aware turn benefits from David Shane's light comedic direction; and advertising tropes like dramatic music and riding off into the sunset are deftly signposted - then skewered. It's really rather entertaining for an insurance ad.
